Hike Horton Creek Trail

We will meet at the northwest corner of the Target parking lot
in Fountain Hills at
7am on June 9.
The Target is located on Shea in Fountain Hills
(16825 E Shea Blvd).

My car is a gray 4Runner.

We will car pool to Payson, hike, and grab some lunch before heading home. I suggest we car pool and all passengers donate $10 towards gas.

It is a 8.5 mile hike with 2,431 elevation gain and is rated moderate. The trail winds through pine trees and past waterfalls. 

 

Wear hiking shoes or trail running shoes, pack water and snacks, wear sunscreen and a cap/hat.
